  Following day in sunlight noticed paint was incorrect colour called them up and they said thats how paint is will not be same as the rest of the car its not even 8 years old had another shop look at it and they confirmed dodgy repair work will be contacting company for correct repairs to be carried out by another repair shop

  After 3 weeks of having the car I was notified my car would be ready on Tuesday. Once Tuesday came around and I had taken a day off work, I was told to pick it up Wednesday. That got pushed to Thursday and then Friday. I was sent a text telling me to come on Friday at 9am. Little did I know I'd be waiting in their waiting room for 3 hours so my car can be "washed". The work wasn't even of any high standard, I had to claim a quality inspection and go elsewhere

  Sent the car in for a broken windshield and some minor damage to the exterior, and this company were the worst for the job

  Had my partners car repaired by this panel shop nothing but headaches from the word go took 6 weeks for repairs finally recieved text vehicle is ready for pick up vehicle had not been cleaned dust on carpets,broken glass on carpets they could not find correct keys and were trying numerous keys to start the car in the end they damaged the lock and said thats how it was

  Very slow service. They said it would be ready in 3-4 days. I called on the 4th day and they said it wasn't ready. They said it would be another week. I went in person and the car was still stuck in the same place where I left it, no progress at all. Very disappointed. Why take on so many jobs if I can't finish timely.

  Horrible service, took over a month for minor repair, choose anyone else but Westwood Accident repair. Do not make the same mistake like I did.

  Save yourself the trouble and go to spot on panels or Cranwell Collision Repair Centre, just a few kilometres down the road

  I had a great experience with them.. they fixed the issues.. and did some small extras to.. 100 percent happy.. perlite professional.. and respectful.. will always go back there.. thanks westwood for all the works done..
